So what is a Barndominium?

A Barndominium is a metal building that has room for both living quarters, a shop, garage, or even horse stables.  The possibilities are endless for what a Barndominium can be used for!  Most people will use a Barndominium for residential use.  

A Barndominium can be one story or up to 3 stories high. 

Barndominiums offer an opportunity to build a home that meets your specific requirements while being cheaper in the process.  Rather than 2 X 4 frames used in traditional homes, barndominiums tend to have there main frames made from posts that are driven into the ground.  Are built on top of concrete slabs. Allowing for easier and faster construction.   

A Barndominium floor plan is more open and free from the constraints of a traditional home allowing for more customization of the floor plan to your liking while giving a welcoming feeling.  Bedrooms and bathrooms will give you the  privacy you need while   Common Areas are open, allowing for greater versatility.
